I'm Mika. I manage rental properties for a family member in a country where I don't speak the language. Every month, utility companies send invoices to Gmail. For years I copied amounts, dates, and account numbers into spreadsheets by hand.
Why I built Clara
A missed contract renewal once cost us six months of overcharges. I needed a way to catch every invoice automatically — not just the ones I remembered to check. I looked at every tool I could find. Most were built for enterprises, priced for teams, or required forwarding emails to third-party servers.
So I built Clara: a Chrome extension that reads invoices from Gmail and puts the data in Google Sheets. No forwarding, no new accounts, no enterprise sales calls.
What Soltella is
Soltella is a solo studio. It's just me, building tools that solve real problems I run into while managing properties. Clara is the first product. There may be more — but only if they solve something real.
